TECHSONAR provides 90 days Service Warranty with return shipping of the serviced item cost on us.

To qualify for Return Authorization number (RA#) for servicing, item should be valid to possess a defect, or item received is not as described
We don't accept as warranty service for returns if received damaged or poorly packed, or abused.
The customer should report received damage to us to process damage inspection. Buyer has 72 hour after receiving the item report the damage
It is the customer's responsibility to report or claim to us or to the shipping service provider that the item sent was received box damaged or collapsed by impact or exposed to liquid or moisture; or found to be damaged due to poor packing
If claim was provided to the shipping service provider, a proof of the claim should be available to us upon request.
